Terrible. Worst Hilton experience ever. The hotel in a sketchy area of town is in the midst of remodeling, but that can't be used as an excuse (with the exception of contractor vehicles blocking pedestrian gates). Yes, guest parking lot is gated. That tells you how sketchy the neighborhood is. Front desk clerk had no sense of urgency and took a tremendously long time to acknowledge me. He took so long, I went to the restaurant to order my dinner to go. The waiter was no prize either. Why are the employees so miserable on the job? I went back to check in and after another wait I was told my reservation was down graded with no apologies. Sheesh. Diamond status wasn't acknowledged, so I helped myself to my bottled water in the market. Finally made it to my room, and there was no AC. Thank goodness it wasn't too hot; it was just stuffy. To top it off, the business center was gutted, and I really needed the printer.

Middle of the road HGI with some cheap touches

Start with the positives - rooms are fine, not the most recent updates but it's OK and clean. Breakfast service was good and attentive. Food was typical HGI which is fine for me and always better than Hampton or Homewood. Negatives - fitness room had at least 3 machines out of order. Hot water for an evening shower was not available. It was lukewarm at best. Coffee service in room was sub-par. Maxwell House? I think I remember my grandparents drinking that. Cheap little cups to burn your hand with and no insulating sleeve. Seems cost cutting is the game here. It's not horrible but it's just OK and not best representation of the HGI brand. Hope management gives it some thought.

Rehaan - The front desk is super important. Unfortunately, Rehaan is completely incompetent. He kept saying that he didn’t know the answer and that he would ask someone else, but never did. He was the WORST. Parking Lot - Watch out! A car (corvette) was stolen while I was there. Breakfast - Do not buy the breakfast voucher! It’s a trick. Just buy the breakfast there. This is a bait and switch tactic! Food - Basic and good. Waite staff is decent. Bar - Food was basic and tasty. Bartender was good. Cleanliness - Average + A/C in the room - VERY DIFFICULT TO ADJUST! Some rooms too cold… others too hot! TV - Had problems in some rooms. Worst thing about the hotel? Rehaan

Hosted parent's 60th Anniversary in their ballroom. Iffah hosted the event very well. Very responsive. Would do it again. Friends and family died themselves. The wait staff was very helpful. They looked after us well.

Ok for a business hotel. Would never stay here with family. The rooms are showing excessive wear and tear. Couches are dirty and dirt stains on the rugs. I had to change rooms because the first one smelled too moldy, so they did move me to a nicer one that didn’t have the same moldy smell. Staff is attentive and friendly. Restaurant staff are all superb and do a great job. I would stay here again for business only but the hotel rooms can certainly use a refresh update.
